Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited information VEMScore collects during its public prelaunch and how we use it.
Information we collect
- If you join the waitlist, we collect your normalized email address, your consent time, and limited campaign or referrer information associated with that signup.
- We collect privacy-conscious product analytics such as page views, button interactions, an anonymous browser identifier, a session identifier, and allowlisted acquisition fields.
- We do not place email addresses, phone numbers, names, free-form messages, images, passwords, tokens, or secrets in analytics events.
How we use information
We use waitlist information to send beta invitations, launch updates, and major product milestones. We use aggregate product analytics to understand acquisition, reliability, and whether the prelaunch experience is useful. We do not use the prelaunch analytics stream for targeted advertising.
Storage and service providers
The site stores a random anonymous identifier and a bounded delivery queue in local browser storage. Waitlist and analytics records are sent through restricted server endpoints and stored with row-level access controls. Infrastructure providers may process information only to operate and secure VEMScore.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, security, and legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from update emails at any time. You may also ask to access or delete your waitlist record by contacting us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on where you live, information may be processed in another country with different data-protection laws.
