Prelaunch Terms

These terms apply to the VEMScore public prelaunch site, waitlist, and clearly labeled DEMO experience.

DEMO only. All displayed probabilities are demonstration data. VEMScore has no public production record yet, and candidate evaluations are not presented as production performance.

Informational product

VEMScore explains sports probabilities. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not provide financial or betting advice. Sports outcomes are uncertain. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following laws that apply where you live.

Prelaunch access

Features may be incomplete, change, pause, or be removed during prelaunch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access or a specific launch date. We may limit access to protect the service and its users.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully. Automated requests may be rate-limited or blocked.

Intellectual property

VEMScore, the Victory Expectancy Model name, the site design, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party sport, league, team, and provider names remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranties

The prelaunch service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of DEMO content.
